White ahired man with food

About 75 children and adults who live or work in one of Guatemala City's largest trash collection dumps participated in a soy foods cooking demonstration on April 4. The event was organized by Plenty volunteer, Humberto Jorge Gonzales, and women from UPAVIM, one of Plenty's Central America Food Security (CAFSI) partners. Everyone got to sample and enjoy high protein foods such as soy milk (strawberry, vanilla, plain, and chocolate) as well as pineapple and strawberry yogurt and soy burgers.
