David has been on KTC staff for six years. As part of his senior year at the University of Tennessee, where he is majoring in political science, he is interning with the Environment, Science, Technology, and Health (ESTH) Section of the US Embassy in New Delhi, India, looking into the linkages between health and environmental policy.
